RIP cat
🕑 Added 2022-05-05 12:13:12 +0000 UTCThis morning my cat, Noodle died. It wasn't entirely unexpected and sudden though since she sadly had FLV.
This followed only a couple of weeks after my sister's cat, Tigger died of old. So two cats down in less than a month here.
On top of that my grandfather Collins (one of the few family members I actually do love) is on his way out. He's almost 100 which is astounding, so again I am not sure whether to be amazed at his longevity or torn up at his fading state.
I think I will just... escape today.

Do what you need to, I definitely know some of what you are feeling. Sometimes escaping for a bit is all you can do and just what you need.
I appreciate the comment! I am, unfortunately, no stranger to death and loss at this point in my life (I think it's just a natural part of being over 30 if nothing else) so I have my coping mechanisms. I just don't want to go quiet for a few days without people knowing what's going on.
