well, hopefully it won't be *too* much like the Shin Megami Tensei persona series, while like love it, I tend to get bogged down by the sheer choices of what I could miss (ex going to level up a stat or doing something, thus missing something important). Maybe having that as a mode while giving people the option of a diffrent mode to go straight into the meat of the game without worrying that they may not have the right stat to achieve the desired result).

A sandbox mode is a good idea! We'll have one developed for testing anyway, so we can possibly make that available when you complete your first play-through, or to Patrons straight away.

Those files are most likely left from the engine (which I should probably remove at some point). A VR experience with the girls and exploring the world would be cool, but sadly it's not something we have planned yet.

We haven't decided on how we'll handle this yet, but we do hope to keep things very similar to what we currently have. We'll have more information after this month's Quickie :)

When you mentioned Persona I thought, "What about the hero having some guy friends? You mentioned 5 stats, so that could be five gurus to hang out with as a way of leveling those stats up. Want to get stronger? Hang out with the muscle head fitness guru. Want to gain courage? Hang out with the adrenaline junky. And so on. If you could gain stats on a date even a botched date might still be worth it.

I like me a dating sim, but the only gripe I generally have with most dating sims is that they put a time limit on how much you can do per run. If you go about it this way, IE you have a central story going on, add a sandbox that allows you to take your time getting every girl and maxing out all your stats as well. It's something I feel more sims need to add when they timelock you.

So, I'm 100% on board with the idea, it looks great! Can't wait to hear more about it. However when I was going through the files I saw some files for VR? Is it a possibility?

Nice concept. I’m still interested in how tiers will get restructured if this becomes a full shift to this project
