Bought premium perks before I realized I had to link my discord to patreon - I was under the impression that inviting the bot and then buying premium would automatically link it. Cancelled membership. - too many steps involved... Plus.. I never trust granting perms to "join servers for me". .

I might have gotten an annual sub where I wanted monthly. It is ok I don't blame you for it, however I just wanted to tell you in case something goes wrong with my Premium. Yeah you guys are ass. I have had my membership for over a year and I don't even know why I didnt cancel it sooner. Because for over a year I've been paying you 5 bucks for the bot to get error codes and now work. Sometimes it will put a whole different song that's not similar. Or it will just go offline. So I have spent most of my time using other fucking bots. What a waste of money and what a robbery

I had Green Bot Custom for 2 years at the early bird price of $50. 2 years in I am jumping ship early. Spotify support is... well.... spotty. Playlists have a tendency to play a few songs and skip the rest, and these are issues that "get fixed" and keep arising again. The errors saying it doesn't have admin perms when it does. The "NO NODES" error message. Having to restart the bot manually daily or more. The back end browser control panel not loading. The bot refusing to restart. I have a bot that has none of these problems for the same price. Look elsewhere.

Not sure why they made it impossible to find out how to use their product or even after purchasing membership, it will take hours sometimes days before it realizes you are a paying member. I’m having issues connecting to my discord where I have my green bot premium activated, green bot stoped working and now I can’t use my discord server, it keeps disconnecting me from it. I get this discord message when I try to play a song using green bot. “An error occurred in the setup of your permissions, preventing me from joining your voice channel. You can quickly resolve this by going to Server Settings => Roles => Green-bot and granting the administrator permission.” No idea what to do since I can’t get in the server.

there is too much static in the playback, anything above 100% volume produces nothing but static. Adjusting the volume beyond 100% does not increase volume in the slightest, but the quality of the playback decreases exponentially with each increment of volume applied.

The past 2 comments are from people who probably didn't set it up right. Make sure you link your discord account to patreon and do the /premium activate in whatever channel you have it set up in. Took me and a friend a little bit to set up, but it does work.

Check to see if you made the purchase on a different email. That was my issue. If you're Spotify is on a different email account, and or your discord then it might give you issues.

Is super great! I can keep whatever music or sound I want on a loop or Playlist loop in the voice channel when no one is even there with the 23/7 option. I set it to a nice fireplace for anyone come get some peace and quiet.
