Why can’t I see new posts?
I just now saw the e-mail were it said my pledges hadn't come through. I have now updated my information and double-checked that there's cash in my account. When will my pledge come through, and these episodes be visible to me again? I had no idea my pledge hadn't gone through.

Well for starters you need to actually be a patron. By the lack of a red banner next to your name, you haven't actually been billed for anything.
