I'm also a stay at home mom and wife! That advice was actually great to hear, and it's very true. It's difficult at times, but you just need to find the time to do things for yourself. I struggle with asking for help and don't even really like getting people to babysit, but it's important to try to make that time for you. For me, I basically wait until the kids are asleep, and then I read, play video games or paint. It's tough when I am busy cleaning and such, but I still try to make time at least a few times a week. And I spend time with my husband when the kids sleep as well, or sometimes have date nights!

Oh you don’t have to tell me about GBS, I’ve got it big time 😂 my hair is brown and my beard is like red, blond and light brown. I just thought Arins hair looked like dyed black in this lol

I think Arin just has what some people call "ginger beard syndrom" (aka GBS). Lol. Basically he just has a lighter beard than his hair, sometimes with redish or orange colour within the beard. My husband is the same way, his hair is dark brown, but his beard is super light and kind of orange looking.

i think it might be how they adjusted the levels in post? because he has a pretty light-colored beard, especially in relation to his hair, but here the beard is also DARK
