Playing (dice &) dominoes (and maybe yatsy and some card games) while being connected to tens. Electric shocks continue until there's a winner. Loser gets level 10 from tens. But there's definitely dominoes and tens involved!

I think you're right. Specifically, a tens unit. It's not so much a period cramp simulator than it is a muscle contractor. While people do use it to simulate period cramps, it's not really like that imo. Tens units are used by athletes to relax muscles. I even use mine on high to help with cramping. If you go too high too fast though, it is painful, but more like a pinching pain.
