Not currently, I’m currently limited to food that is terrible for me, but I used to eat lots of vegetables and limit my carbs during meals, but then I’d eat four servings of asparagus and a ton of grilled chicken. It’s healthy, but not when you eat all of it.

As far as Canadian breakfasts go, you played all the hits, and pancakes with maple syrup, canadian bacon and breakfast sausage is definitel a "day off" kind of breakfast, but that kind of breakfast in the tank can also be very good for keeping you warm on colder days. It's a perfect winter breakfast.

While I don't normally like watching Arin eat (mostly because I hate hearing or watching anyone eat) I LOVED Arin's reaction to good food. Watching their reactions with bad food is definitely funny, but this was much better.

Most food episodes are angled into gross out humour. This one is practically food porn. I don't know what good Indian or Japanese dishes are supposed to look like, but that thick, steaming sausage, and the glossy finish on that croissant, and that absolutely perfect grill complexion on that stack of flapjacks, this episode was practically food porn. I'm flattered as a Canadian and I think we were graced with the sexiest pancake breakfast I've ever seen. Gonna step my game up for mom tomorrow!

As a Brit who has had many a English breakfast. It is a fantastic hangover cure. But it is so heavy. You also need the fried bread, black pudding, and a cuppa tea to be complete. Hash browns are an optional addition. And yet my daily breakfast is a coffee and toast. So who knows maybe I'm secretly French.
