Hey, ASTM f 963 is good stuff - it's the children's toy safety testing standards for the US. The cheap, counterfeit toys they're selling on Temu are actually a serious concern because they DON'T conform to those testing standards and can contain toxic chemicals or cause physical injury or deaths to children. The CPSC just announced they're launching an investigation into these drop ship companies for this very reason.

who told Arin that tempering chocolate is the same as shellacking?? like. some chocolate is coated in shellac, like often with chocolate covered raisins and stuff like that. but uh. tempering chocolate is completely different lol. delighted to see the extra wonka footage also
