THE JELLO IS VEGETABLES NOT FRUIT **OH NO** Also when I saw it, I legit thought it looked like candy corn
Blockhead
I feel you, my gf hates it, but because Adult Swim destroyed my sense of humour, I laugh uncontrollably whenever they do it
Sean
i was thinking of pilk this whole video
RadicalSniperHD RADI
They should've tried Pilk (Pepsi and milk) so much better
Husdogrob
Alternatively desensitize his taste buds so he can't tell I'm poisoning him
Husdogrob
You cannot convince me that this wasn't the era of what can I make my husband that I have to marry (because civil rights) eat.
Ashley Stringer
Aww man that first Gelatin full of veggies nearly made me throw up when they made it jiggle!🤢🤣 Their reactions to everything was hilarious!
Rachel
This was my exact thought. While not quite an egg cream, it's very close the same ingredients. I'm from the west coast and I only made them for east coast visitors/transplants when I was working in a restaurant. Based on those who asked, my brain has labeled it decidedly a "Jersey thing", but I assume common in other parts of the east coast as well. But that really does make me surprised Dan hasn't had one.

Toucans of Spaghetti-Os Dan is a Comic Genius!
Thomas McNab
Even I've heard of Pilk and I'm from England, where as I child I ate Coke and Custard (so... Pustard?).
D
Am I eating my own ass AND getting railed, these are all melted ice cream floats.
Ankaration
Oh gah whyyy 😭
D
These are all melted ice cream floats

I went to a grocery store deli in Czechia and they had gelatined hard boiled eggs.
Ankaration
I think it's interesting he grew up in the Laverne & Shirley era and never tried Pepsi & with milk 🤔
Ankaration
What was with people back then making everything in gelatin
Nukin Futs
I am incredibly surprised Dan hadn't had an egg cream before. (although that thought might be mildly east coast racist...) I wonder if its the slight taste of aluminum can that throws Arin off of them delectable 'O'.
Thomas Chaffin
I think this is the type of joke Dan would say. Do you know what type of cake pan that always gets made fun of? …. Bundt cake … because it is always the ‘Bundt’ of all of the jokes
Kai Scott
i think the soda milk combo makes the milk curdle instantly from the carbon dioxide
Fraxius
Another exciting episode of "The Grumps Eat What!?"
Cadence Scott
The milk and seven up is like mountain milk (mt dew and milk) that we used to drink at summer camp. We were all teens and adults, we weren’t children without tastebuds like this was made for and honestly, I absolutely loved it.
lilly fly
Surprised no one on set knows about Pilk (Pepsi milk)
Buggy
Living for all the Rodney Dangerfield impressions holy shit 🤣🤣🤣
Big Stinky
"future" my ass. Pilk has been a cult classic for years
Demi P.
They gotta try pilk now cause that’s been a thing and I’ve know of people who are obsessed with it
Greg Shields (The Headspace Cult)
I mean, damn!
Greg Shields (The Headspace Cult)
Wow. So much nope. I would be gagging. But...that look on Arin's face after forgetting what that drink could do...was that his fight face? For just a flash? I think I'll pass.
Alyssa W
Two things that impressed me today: Arin following the directions for the 7milk, and Dan voluntarily pouring it into his food
Alyssa W
it's as if you're disappointed they either didn't think about B Dylan Hollis, maybe did consider but he was probably busy at the time, or maybe they don't even know who he is
Caustic
this power hours folks learn that pilk isnt a new idea lol
Leo Fitzwilliam
My uncle makes the spritz cookies for Christmas every year and he still has the original 196X magazine recipe. They're like the best thing about Christmas for me
BassGrumble Nat
Wurd
Whimsy Floof
Did not expect the Rodney Dangerfield impression xD
zeezee
Wouldn’t people in the fifties would just put anything in jello to prove they had working fridges because it was seen as a luxury at the time?
Penquinn14
That salad was so perfect, you could really see all the alligator jiggling fever they mixed in
Shawn Hall
As awful as this food is, Vanessa did a fantastic job making it. I'm genuinely impressed. (Lets not speak of the ungreased bunt)
unbeweevilble
I feel like there've been a lot of food episodes lately. Is Vanessa possibly trying to poison you?
Kristina Zeeryp
actin like they invented cokemilk smh
Jesse Smith
Y'all should have had B. Dylan Hollis on as a guest for this one. JS
Cameron Lagestee
I think its funny every time lol
8-Bit Cthulhu
My Ick As a Kid Was Thanksgiving Stuffing 😐😔
Percy
Watching this hungover was.... not a great idea in retrospect
Narcissa Deville
So no B Dylan Hollis crossover? :(
Rachel Fischer
I am having an emotional mom day but Dan saying “its a baby 7up, its like a 3 1/2 up” made me laugh SO FUCKING HARD. Thank you.
Daniel Bricker
I exclusively watch the TMPH to find out just what vile sounds Arin's body can make.
Catherine Ruža
My dad grew up with milk and 7up! He tried to get me to like it… didn’t work lol
Mr. White
You jumped out of an aeroplane over France. You made spam in an ammo tin during the Battle of the Bulge. You steal Adolf's photo albums from the Eagle's Nest. Then you come home and your wife, who probably cheated on you with that 4F from next door, Fred, makes this food. In retrospect, all those times you got shot at by an MG42 don't seem so bad now that you've got a slice abomination bundt cake on your plate.
Adora Ackermann
Please stop with the disgusting noise on any food related things. It makes it a lot less watchable and doesnt add much to the video. It kinda ran its course at this point
Elizabeth Biberman
Vanessa made all of this?! Give that woman several raises and a therapist.
Groove Spoon
Diet Dr. Pepper and half and half OR coffee creamer. Trust me.
FurryBastard27
7up and milk is like a worse version of something I drank as a kid. Sprite with a bit of condensed milk makes essentially sprite cream soda and it’s lovely
Becca The Thrifty Teacher
Arin despising the spaghetti-os out of all of them was most surprising
Jordan
Posting before watching: My granddad's wife cooks meals from this time, so I'm expecting a lot of mayonnaise Edit: Marginally disappointed. There are so many more terrible mayonnaise based recipes from the 50s
Benjamin Dalton
Dylan Hollis called. He wants in
Alexis Muldoon
Are these retro foods or just recipes that used to be on the back of things?
maturepopcorn
Oh no
