Raw milk is not......well milked, the same way pasteurized milk is. The process is very different and the Dairy cows raised for it are bred and kept incredibly clean in incredibly clean conditions. That's partly why the milk is so damn expensive. I watched a whole PBS series on the raw milk industry. I have even drank it myself. And some people who come into my work (Lassens) buy it on the regular and they are fine. I just don't buy it cause ...I mean it just taste like creamy milk and it's too expensive for my blood 😅

I work at a health food store called Lassens. our stuff, is also very expensive. we sell ophora and raw milk as well. erewhon is definitely more expensive then we are. anyway...I can tell you, some items, are just status item. for instance, ophora? the shi* is just fkkn water....dont buy that....it's stupid.
