I think Arin's actually technically right that watermelons aren't "nature" but rather the "nurture" of human plant breeding.

Linguistically, it is a factual thing that many Brittish accents have a "true" T sound, whereas most American accents don't. The best example is something like the word "hunter". If you're thinking of many typical British accents, it's "hun-ter". In most typical American accents, it's "hunner".
