So far, this is my favorite story. The personal digs at Arin as the store owner from an employee perspective were killing me. The strength of love for someone you only know about via vibes...is unparalleled. Mayhaps this story was an allegory for PARASOCIAL RELATIONSHIPS!!?? Well...now they're in for it. They just said to send whatever fanfiction...after saying before they didn't want people to write fanfic about them years ago and nearly killing the fandom, but, there were still some who persisted...waiting for this day...Good luck guys. Just a warning, the fanfic...for your own fandom is a product you've created partially yourselves. Though, I don't think you'd ever intended it. So this is actually my fic! I made a promise to myself I'd join the Patreon if Buy & Love made it to Fanfic Story Time! I'm thrilled you guys read it and very flattered it came through well! I feel a little embarrassed about all the references I forced in, it was a bit tryhard, but when I'm working with literal NPCs I had to find a way to fill the space without taking it too seriously lol. Also for context, this was written a little early in the playthrough, before Arin boosted his boys all the time, as well as various other updates. Sorry for harshing Arin's vibe so much, that's all on Roy and not my personal beliefs about the video game boy, but you know how minimum wage can turn a person, lol. Also sorry about the tense swap, I like to experiment with present tense and accidentally switching is one of my oopsies when I do fic I guess, lol.
