We used to grow our own limes in Florida, but a combination of increased demand outgrowing domestic production and a citrus blight wiping out crops, Florida’s lime industry was essentially erased. We get all of 98.5% of our limes from Mexico and 1.5% from Guatemala, we get less juicy limes in part bc of the shipping delay, but also in part bc we don’t get first picking of the juiciest fruits
