Happy to hear no cancer was found that must have been very stressful. Happy to have you back creating content. Always a pleasure seeing new stuff from you. Would love to see Animation Techniques 2.0 as well. Animating Lights or how you set up lighting for these animated parts., and Speed Changes/ Graph editor work.

Thank you Flavio! Camera animation is a very requested topic so yeah i have it on my list

Jesus Suarez

Thank you for the kind wishes. That's a great idea! I'll have to think how to structure that video but it's definitely on the list. In the meantime if you want to reach out on DM, feel free to do so at any time! Always happy to help

Hope you can get through this rough situation! It would be great to see a freelancer guide series for beginner generalists, where you would make something like a step-by-step guide on how someone gets a first client. You can make us also aware of how someone stands out to the rest and make us aware of what you would do differently if you were in a beginner situation again. Learning networking with brands and studios for potential client work would be awesome as well.

I am glad your daughter is ok! I would love to learn more about camera transition / match cuts you've been doing in your projects

Thank you! Okay, noted! And to answer your question I think there's always a brief. Clients usually have an idea of what they want and we need to come in to find the best way to present thay on screen. In this situation the client was very flexible and let me come up with most of the ideas and just direct the piece but overall the brief was just to reveal the product in a cool way without getting hung up in details.

Camera movement is on point! So I'd love to know how you achieved that. And also, did you worked by a brief?

ILYA KORDYUKOV

I'd love to watch how you approached the lighting part of production. If an objects is animated do you have to animate the lights also or they always static. Thank you!

Jesus Suarez

thank you John! i'll take your points into consideration

Jesus Suarez

I appreciate your kind words Ryan! noted on all 3 points, thanks for sharing!

Jesus Suarez

thank you Tyler! noted on the camera animation techniques

Glad you're all okay, that's the most important thing. As for the video, the lighting and animation are what interest me the most. Too often I find myself defaulting to a dome light with an HDR and just rotating that around until it looks good. And my animations are pretty basic too. Learning how to plus those would be awesome! Take care, Jesus!

It would be really cool if you could do some more animations tips or something like advanced camera movements 2.0 very glad to hear your daughter is ok

Family always comes first man! Glad she's OK! Things I'd love to learn/ see: 1) Tips on CAD import workflow - to get a clean mesh/ retopology. 2) Sounds stupid but I'd love to know how to comp the backgrounds in post/ render an alpha in RS. 3) Screen graphics/ animation - something I have no idea about and need to learn! Keep up the great work man! Ryan
