hey thanks for joining! the video is working just fine on my end. Try reloading the page or using a different browser maybe. Other than that the information you are giving me about the error is not really enough for me to troubleshoot. Maybe there was a bug with Youtube at the time you tried playing the video or something. Hope that helps!

To answer your question about budget this was about $17k but if you ask me it should have been more. Hope that helps!
