50K Celebration project - A new Overatch character

here is what I have been planing for quite some time.
I want her to be more than a simple OC.
Her name is C.L (name will be released later) and her job is to rescue personnel lost in space and
bring towads / move away asteroids from the orbit of the moon.
Her concept: I started out as a 2D artist but I found my calling in 3D as you can tell by the image above xd. I can't convey my thoughts in Photoshop so bare in mind that the concept above is a rough presentation of what I imagine for her. Imagine a mix of Tracer and Mercy.
MY GOAL: I want to create a unofficial Overwatch character that is on a level with our beloved cast. She will be free for everyone once I finished her.
Somewhat recently Overwatch released a pic of their next hero and honestly I see too many similarities between the two character. I want C.L to be distinct from OV char but if I only focus on that I will create a bad character.
