I am so, so pathetic.
The way I could barely get through a week before I had the itch to draw this twink and his boyfriend. He's really nice to draw though, I can't help it! I just get an itch, black out, and then he's there on the page, ass out doing lord knows what.
But in all seriousness, it's a bit relieving actually that I wanted to draw him. While working on the webcomic, I really got to a point I started feeling annoyed drawing him (never Vigil though, he's great). It worried me since, you know, he's the main character. Taking a break was definitely a good idea. I'm hopeful the time away will get me excited to truck on with the story www

Thank you thank you wwww You're right! Sometimes I have a habit of even structuring my breaks and getting upset at myself for not following the ideal break plan. Not the best habit of mine! But it's been fun to allow myself to just do whatever I want to that day. Also maybe I should start including a blurred/censored version of the NSFW first in case anyone's in public LOL!

(He's my fav so I'm not biased at all... ๐ ) Try not to punish yourself for feeling a little worn out about certain topics, but also if you get your mojo back before you were "scheduled" to, that's a good thing! I think you gotta follow where your creative juices are flowing. Letting the metaphorical fields lie fallow can be very rejuvanating, and sometimes all you need is to realise you don't have to do something to make you want to do it. I'm really glad to hear you're able to and letting yourself take these necessary breaks when you need them ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
