V2 changes:
Fixes all issues in version1 (WIP), pink textures, missing gear, clipping etc.
No esp needed. Overwrite everything with this.
Issues: Dr. Cabot is not part of the Railroad, Dr. Carrington is and he uses the institute scientist uniform by default, so I will be keeping that vanilla for now. Dr.Cabot however is a unique uniform which integrates well into the game.
To INSTALL: extract 7zip to Fallout 4/data folder
