Wow! you do read a lot! I totally agree with on the Whitstable book. It really was the type of murder mystery that bores the pants of me! But it is set in a place I know well. I've got Project Hail Mary to listen to on Audible. As I mainly read in bed, I found the listens lulled me to sleep. Bad move as he/she keeps talking! I now mainly listen when I'm on a bus or train. I've just finished listening to "The Ministry of Time" by Kaliane Bradley. It was recommended to me by an ex=British MP! It's a time-travel story from a different perspective and one of the main persons is a real person! Because of the book, I ended up reading a Micheal Palin book that is factual and also has the that person in it! I could go on, but won't!
