My favourite crisp is Salt 'n' Shake and not shaking the salt on, I hate the taste of salt, have lost count of the times I've sent food back in a restaurant for being too salty resulting in many arguments with chefs as might taste fine to them but not me. I prefer the natural flavour of food. It is almost impossible to find Salt Marsh raised meat here as we don't have many Salt Marshes, that meat has a perfect natural salt content as do crops grown close to the sea so no need to add any. Also not a lover of Milk Chocolate so always go for the dark option if produced, have gone off Quality Street as they have reduced the dark chocolate covered ones in the tubs now. Cadbury Bournville my favourite bar or some of the high Cocoa expensive ones. 75% Cocoa is fine for me, I don't find it too bitter. Cocoa powder was originally used as a spice before milk and sugar added to make a drink in the Coffee Houses of 17th and 18th century London. It's very strange that Cocoa Beans come from the same plant as Cocaine is made from, except that is made from the leaves of the bush. Not much different to Rhubarb leaves being toxic to us but the stems are delicious in a Crumble or a Pie.
