I have several ideas you may chose: 1) Roy, Marth or Ike from Fire Emblem wearing the same outfit than Byleth having their navels poked by sword (not gore just poked) 2) Kid Icarus (adult form) wearing crop top and navel played by Dark kid Icarus (adult too) 3) Olimar (again adult) spread eagle by pikmins wearing a damaged space suit, while they tickle his belly and navel with their leaves. I could think of more if I take the time lol. Thanks

I’ll suggest the male protagonist from Pokémon Go having his stomach, navel and chest licked up by a pack of Shuckles (kinda referencing that one famous clip from the Pokémon anime with Jesse from Team Rocket). Leave him on the floor, defeated and breathing heavy as little Shuckle tongues lick him all over.
