TODAYS HIGH RISK CHASE 5-20-19 (updates posted here when safe to do so)
🕑 Added 2019-05-20 14:22:38 +0000 UTCI’m currently targeting somewhere near or west of Memphis TX. I’ll likely fine tune once I’m there. Often these high risk days don’t live up to the hype. I don’t think that’s the case today. Here’s what scares me most about today... I was just standing in my hotel room shooting the lightning outside my door. A man walks by and stops right in front of my operating camera (that’s making camera noises) and told me a long story bout how he took off work today to chase tornadoes for the first time. I suppose I was that guy once. I did get one shot of lightning, his coffee mug and his lower chin. I’m expecting fast scary storms on clogged roads. Be safe everyone and I’ll try to do the same. Xox
