WINTER WEATHER
Like many of you, we are preparing the yard for freezing weather. I used to feel that yard work is burdensome, stealing precious time from productivity. The Netflix documentary “Blue Zones” reinforces that Centenarians have life styles of movement, unaware they are exercising by walking steep slopes and gardening to name a couple. I’ve lately been successful framing all the yard work as more important than sitting at the desk editing all day. So, enjoy. Of course we don’t have to shovel snow down here.
