Just dropped a new workflow that lets you create entire AI films shot by shot with consistent characters and locations. No LoRA training needed!
This one's special because it actually feels like real filmmaking. You can move your camera around 360-degree environments, swap out characters and locations instantly, and direct scenes with simple text prompts. Any style works: realistic, anime, claymation, you name it.
This workflow is built on Qwen Image Edit and the Next Scene LoRA, and I've added my own custom LoRA for those tricky environment shots.

Hi, I'm new to the ComfyUI. After setting up everything as instructed, I loaded two pictures, one of the character (Node: IMAGE 1) and one of the environment (Node: ENVIRONMENT). But nothing was generated with a prompt as simple as "the man stands in the center of the room" in the Node: IMAGE GEN 01 (at least nothing popped up in this node. When checking the log, I noticed that the "generated" pictures are just the environment photo itself). Would any one know instantly what could be wrong here? Thank you~

So I joined your Patreon at $10 level before reading all of these comments. Gonna try this anyway, but I sure hope I have better results than these folks did. Has anyone had success with this? Can you comment if so? Within the CompfyUI file structure, where exactly do you install the Qwen-Image-Edit-2509-GGUF? Cheers! Hoping for the best!

Same here, not getting the expected results. Tried it with gguf and fp8 version, tried it with and without loras. What could be the problem?
