Yeah, I try to write Nauda has having a few strong perspectives. Glad it was appreciated.

Not sure if you did this on purpose but I enjoyed Nauda's outburst regarding the Rainhorns being a menace, it felt more genuine considering she is from an agricultural world.

Only two horns? At the rate this is going, we shall need for everyone to hit tier 2 archcrafter sooner rather than later.

Sarah Lin

Yeah, I wanted to build some tradeoffs into the system so that getting a look at someone's soulhome gives you useful information about them.

Sarah Lin

Much appreciated!

I appreciate your support! It's really hard to say how to deal with these, since every reader's take is valid for them. I appreciate your willingness to compare it to Chronicles of Amber, but I'm a bit uncomfortable making that comparison myself. Overall, however, I hope to improve every aspect of the presentation, and hope the first three books will stand for themselves to some degree.

So we got our first look at a generator-style soulhome. Interesting but expected as there is no limit to how many rooms can generate cantae, only how big your soulhome can be.

Sorry to hear that people are being lame. Thanks for the chapters I already added a review and up voted some

Wish I had some idea of what to do. Address concerns in the descriptions is the best one so far. Appeal to your past success of navigating complex storylines that span multiple instalments. I think making the comparison to The Chronicles of Amber by Zelazny more explicit may help, actually. The first book of that series ended on a total cliffhanger and we still had barely any idea what was going on, but the series was awesome. "A spiritual successor to the action-packed, thoughtful epic of mystery & fantasy The Chronicles of Amber by Roger Zelazny, Sarah Lin weaves a tightly paced adventure that'll stay with you long after you walk away from the final page. Fortunately, there's much more to come." You can use that as an in-description review if you like.
