Wargame idea?
🕑 Added 2021-02-09 06:34:44 +0000 UTCI always thought of having some sort of tactics game using my pixel tokens would be fun, and being able to create new units either from commissions or the tokens I do here each month.
Sadly I have no idea how to actually make a video game, but I may be able to make some sort of boardgame/wargame and use virtual tabletops for it.
This is just me toying around with the idea, thinking what stats should I use, what values, if to only use d6 or use the usual DnD set of 7.
For now I'm thinking trying to keep it to d6 only, make games point based so stronger units cost more (maybe you can upgrade units, leveling them up thus making them stronget but costing more)
I should probably finish some old projects instead of adding more to the pile :P

I think this would be fun, but mainly I just want a finished version of the poor crying kobold.

Units or heroes are great for a modular game you can keep adding to. Look forward to what you come up with.

I want to make it simple and modular, so its easy to create new units, and maybe make new keywords or abilities for new tokens (for example transformations skills from last month) I'll see if I can make some bare-bones rules to test it when I get some free time between commissions

Love this idea with your tokens. I think units or heroes with your art and a d6 system or resource management and combat would be really cool.
