Also figuring out the top of the bark, and still playing with the sides .

I'll try to create a water texture, haven't really considered it. I like how simple it is with these shaders
For this resource pack, will you create a texture for water, or only for blocks?

I've updated the link in the .02 Release, so the fixes should be in the same download.
Oh damn this fixes the only two problems I actually found in the pack! Looking forward to see them in the next release
