RE: Pregnancy Audios

The team and I are well aware that "Telling X You're Pregnant"/"Being Pregnant with X's Child"/"Finding Out You're Pregnant with X" audios are all insanely popular requests. We've known for a while that those videos would do very well on Youtube. Here's the concern: I personally am not comfortable with the idea that some kid would stumble on our channel and find those very adult-centric audios. Obviously we have some adult-centered audios on Youtube already (Making Out with X, as an example, although those mostly go here now) and none of our content is made with kids in mind. ...But something about pregnancy audios in particular squicks me out.
I want to open up a discussion with you all about what you feel is appropriate for Youtube, as well as what your expectations are for Patreon. Am I being a baby about pregnancy audios? Are they Youtube appropriate after all? Would you all be upset to see them on Patreon instead of sex scenes?
To be clear, I'm not talking about what is Youtube appropriate in terms of what can be monetized. Pregnancy audios would absolutely be monetizable, as I've seen other channels get away with it. However, not everything that can be monetized is... morally right, lol.
If you only want to see sexy/spicy things on Patreon, but we also agree that it's weird to put on Youtube, we have a third option, but it's gonna be a while out since it will take a bit to set up. Some of the scripts for this third option are already written... 😳

I honestly really like the pregnancy audios. Its actually the reason why I started donating in the first place. I understand though if it makes you guys uncomfortable

You shouldn’t do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. I mean, pregnancy isn’t taboo, it’s a beautiful and natural thing; if the audios don’t have any 18+ material, like making the baby, then it’s just a part of life… The beginning of life actually. So actual finding out about a pregnancy is a happy thing and not sexual just sweet and nice. As long as there isn’t any *Naughty* bits, I personally don’t see the problem. Having said that, it’s really up to you sweetheart; if you don’t feel comfortable and feel like it could get you in trouble, don’t do it. I’m sure everyone is like me; we’d want you able to keep creating content, not taken down. So it’s your choice sweetie, we’ve got your back whatever you decide. ^-^xx

I love that you made it lower I lost my job and looking for work and it’s super stressful and hard cuze of a disability but this make thing easier and I look forward for your rengoku ones cuze it’s bright up my day and the Bakugo one two if u do the pregnant one I will be looking forward it and if it’s with Rengoku I will be excited and happy for it I love your YouTube channel 😁😁😁😁 keep up your awesome

UPDATE: I checked with our Patreon rep, and it looks like we can't do tier addons. So, unfortunately if I add a lower tier (I was thinking $5) for pregnancy audios, it will also post to everyone that is an existing patron. I was trying to avoid this for those of you who mentioned you'd be uncomfortable seeing them, but it looks like that's not a feature yet. Just an update! They'll always have pregnancy/pregnant/etc in the title or description, so you can avoid clicking on those if you want to. **These will be in addition to existing audios, not as a replacement. So you'll still get one spicy audio a week, and an occasional (monthly? idk) pregnancy audio as well.** ...Also idk when we're starting that but I'll keep you updated.

I like them a lot and I’ve seen channels get away with full on sex audios I think your ok and if you feel like that then put it up as an 18+ or a young adult on that term you have given a deterrence to younger audience and if they watch it is there fault which means that there parents don’t mind so it’s alright

Honestly I’m- overall uncomfortable with pregnancy audios in general. I feel it leaves out a lot of people- examples being AMAB people and others. As a non-binary person it freaks me out cause I feel it confines what type of body the listener has. It reminds me of stuff I don’t want.

As a consumer I would personally enjoy them and think it would be a neat thing to keep exclusively to patreon. Just remember that you don’t have to do anything you’re uncomfortable with for the sake of others. I’ll respect your choices, whichever you make ☺️

I am all for pregnancy announcement audios. I find them to be super adorable and they are one of my personal favorites ❤️ I am even okay with audios of a character x listener “getting down” for the sole purpose of starting a family.

maybe keep them on the patreon? the risk of someone in the younger audience possibly watching the video most likely won’t be worth it😭

Personally I don't have an issue with pregnancy audios and would probably enjoy them, but I can understand where there would be concerns, especially with minors having such easy access to the internet. You could keep it more Patreon exclusive, or do a scenario where Listener mentions they'd like to adopt a child (however the child comes into their lives, whether they were a survivor from a demon attack or something else), and get a reaction from Rengoku with that. That way it takes out the whole pregnancy issue, and is more inclusive for whatever gender the listener may wish to be.
