YES! This is one of the reasons I love him so much. He's so full of kindness and genuine love even in the cruelest of worlds. I actually have a headcanon that he would kinda be like Miyamora in Horimiya if his lover ever asked him to hit or degrade them: willing but entirely unable to do so without breaking the role to check in, especially if he precieves that he hit a bit too hard or whatever. He'd need a ton of reassurance during and after because being anything other than a wholesome lil sunflower goes against his nature. 💕

Honestly I'm kind of in love with the fact that deep down at Rengoku's core- he's still a gentle and loving man. Like obviously he's annoyed/frustrated at listener for being a bit of a brat but he still starts out the intimacy by kissing you first and calls you 'gorgeous' and 'sweetheart' even when he's being demanding. I'm not sure how intentional the idea was but I just love how he doesn't 'fully' degrade you and genuinely make you feel awful. He still finds time to make you feel loved in between some of the degradation with kisses. Going as far as not wanting to hurt you even though he wants to 'ruin' you. And especially at the end with the aftercare and speaking in a softer tone! Again not sure how intentional it was but as someone who enjoys the sweeter audios, its lovely and I appreciate & love it very much🧡
