The True Sight rune is blunted by intoxication with the belief that everything is but a very strange dream. The visions would have been fleeting, entering into and out of the mind like a drunkard's epiphany. Now she will remember this horror forever.
The True Sight Rune [TSR] tries to condense an incredible amount of information to a mortal's mind. It does this by using all the senses including emotions. It is part of how they would understand something is real. It is a rune that is not useable in combat. The user usually looks at the assailant in stupefied wonder while they are in mortal danger.

Warden's must have a natural engram of "PROTECT" and it applies to everything under her care. That includes former enemies such as when she faced off against The Prisoner to protect Whisper. It must be kicking in full force with this vision.

The Prisoner looks resigned to the inevitable. The Warden on the other hand looks like she's set to kick some eldritch ass.

I really like the emotion and sadness shown in the third panel. Insight looks like she's about to start weeping like a child.
