Just a quick side-note to say that I've decided to jump in on the awesome ExtraBaggageClaim's weekly one-word writing prompts this year. For me, it's an attempt to fight perfectionism (aka fear of posting) and hopefully stimulate some fun ideas!
I only joined the prompt writing as of Friday, so what I've written for the first week is very rough and short, but I thought I'd link to it in case anyone enjoys it. It features Amelia, and I may do a little pic to go with it later this week, once I've finished Kari's Christmas vignette, which is coming tomorrow / Tues (sorry for the delay - it's taken on a bit of a life of its own).

Haha yes - she's a fun character to write in that respect! It has been far, far too long since the last chapter of TPD. One of my real goals is to get both TPD and TLWL completed within the first quarter of 2024 (by completed I mean the current main story arcs in both). I have been tinkering around the edges with TPD on and off for ages, but I kept giving up when it wasn't working and moving onto other projects. This year I've resolved to be much more focused (particularly on written work), and much less of a perfectionist.

Love this! Nice to read about how bitchy the โpre-paunchโ Amelia was with anyone who gained a few pounds, before she started to pile them on herself ๐ Iโd love to read the next chapter of TPD - seems ages since chapter 3! Are you planning to finish off TLWL before moving back to it?
