So excited- thanks so much!!!
The Bret Easton Ellis Podcast
I can tell that it was recorded yesterday and that Adam has the audio in his possession. And that... Nah, I don't think Bret would want me to even tease any of it. - B.A.
James Reeves
Any chance Team Bret can tease the Gold Crew with a juicy tidbit of topic for the next ep to drop? Yes, I’m white. Make a game of it! Give us some juicy clue and let the Gold Crew go crazy trying to figure out what’s going to happen. My meds are kick in’ in.
James Reeves
Producer Adam - your comedic writing style on social media rivals the kick-ass quality of your work with Bret. Since you’ve had a working relationship with Bret for so many years, I’d love to hear an episode of behind the scenes with you two. Thanks for the hard work and quality.

That Chris Isaak cameo is jarring as fuck! -Adam

I love you, James. -Adam
James Reeves
Hey Producer Adam, can you stop tweeting - for 5 minutes - and throw me some love? Side note: your picture doesn’t match your voice.
James Reeves
Has Bret ever seen the greatest television series of all-time? DELOCATED
James Reeves
Silence of the Lambs: I think I see / agree with Adam’s point; and I’ll add to it in that I think Chris Isaak’s SWAT portrayal - in the movie - was a farce. Who owed Isaak that favor?

5 years later, hearing Bret Easton Ellis talk about ideology vs. Aesthetics still gets me wetter than an icecube in the rain.

Wow! things really be that way though.

BEE -- there's a real need for your voice. You were missed this past year.

One dollar less than the used Blu-Ray I picked up

The best movie podcast on the web right now. I think I'm gonna have to watch Wonder Woman now

James Reeves
Even at GOLD level status, I feel like I’ve stolen something precious from a loved one that I’ll never give back. Your words and voice and existence mean much to me. Well done, again!
Scott Bradley
PS - This might be a stupid question, but - Adam...are you the guy who's been talking with Bret in the latter half of each episodes? If so, EXCELLENT - you ask a lot of interesting questions and make awesome & intriguing connections to past episodes (Molly Ringwald, Kanye, Michael Ian Black). Well done, sir!
Scott Bradley
Worth every penny. Though Bret's a great interviewer and I do look forward to any guests he might have, I'm seriously enjoying hearing him monologue. I actually went to go see LOVE, SIMON today - a movie that I had missed last month - because I was intrigued by Bret's evaluation (mixed-to-negative that it was).

I never thought I'd be paying $5 for a podcast, but here we are.

Thanks for the support. We really appreciate it!

It’s a bit surreal that one gold podcast cost as much as one used copy of American psycho
James Reeves
Question #1 - Is the banner photo on Bret’s Twitter account his residence in California? Question #2 - Does Bret delve into architecture?
Jason Calacanis
Thanks Bret! excited for extra content.... can we ask your opinion on specific films/directors/genres? I think you should do an "ask bret" for the Gold Members!

Am in bed sick listening to this and it is giving me life.
