August Schedule
🕑 Added 2023-07-25 13:42:03 +0000 UTCSchedule update: I am in the process of moving, and will be off work the first week of August at a wedding, might lose a week of normal work at the end of August, it's kind of a mess. Most of these are already done, so that's nice, but end of the month might get rougher.
We're officially out of the backlog after Widowmaker (which, if you were wondering why we starting doing OW characters with Blizzard's MANY issues, the short answer is "its this or nothing because this is already done from two years ago"). Videos for the D&D channel are failing really hard, and frankly, it's hard to keep making them.
So moving into September, I'm going to be counting Patreon as a "Collective Commission Fund". If we can keep it above 4k, I'll be able to make 2 videos for the channel a month. If it goes below 4k, we'll do 1 video per month, and if somehow it miraculously recovers, we'll bring it back to 3, or even 4.
Also, any directly commissioned videos will be added, but I'm probably raising those rates, and won't open slots until September anyway. Unless that thing at the end of the month I mentioned falls through, then maybe earlier. While it might seem like I don't like making D&D content any more (because I don't) but the compensation from commissions is set to make me happy to make it.
I'm posting this before the shift, as I want people to be able to pull their money if they don't want to support me moving forward. I don't think it's shitty- if you're here for D&D and I said "I hate D&D and don't want to make it anymore" you're totally justified in pulling your support.
"But what will you do with the channel?" idk. It's a graveyard. 160k subs doesn't matter if YouTube doesn't show people the videos. I might find someone to run charity streams on it or something, haven't really thought about it.

I know this is an old post but I just wanted to say that you do whatever you want with your own channel, but know that I support you fully, and have loved your work for ages. Even if you stop completely, I think your series has inspired me enough to perhaps continue it on my own personal end to make myself enjoy the result. Hope you're doing well.

Totally understandable. You got me hooked with bringing in my favorite characters to D&D, but that can only last so long. Your humor, wit, honest vibes, and commentary on social matters. Seeing how to play games/characters a bit differently in other games has really been interesting, especially with how YOU do it. So I hope we never lose that entirely, I have been hooked on your Elden Rings videos and I have zero interest in playing that game, but you make it entertaining and I won't stop watching them! :D At the end of the day, you gotta do what you're passionate about, so I look forward to whatever you move on to next.
I will always support both of your channels no matter what. I'm sorry that the joy you had for your content shifted to where you no longer enjoyed it. I hope everything goes well.
