There's a real-life version of pneumonia+ actually. It's called (Isyander'll love this) Legionnaire's Disease. My mother had it when I was a kid, easily the most terrifying time in my life. Imagine being 9 years old having to come to terms with the fact that your mom could just die at any moment, and there's nothing you can do. SHE'S ALIVE, really feel like I should include that, but yeah. Super pneumonia.
