Here in Tennessee our roads have to be built through so rough areas and when it rains the pot holes wash out and grow in size because the road was built on a slope somewhere Rocky. At least over here in East Tennessee where it's Rocky and theirs no flat ground.

In defence of Tennessee and our roads we have to deal with some of the most extreme weather scales. In my lifetime we have hit -5 and frozen everything in February, and then by july its 110 normal temp with extreme humidity. Our pavement has to go through alot of conditions
