"Massive muscles roll under his well-cut clothes like tectonic plates," : This is a really great line, but the term 'tectonic plates' was coined by Alfred Wagener in the early 1900s and the theory was not fully developed or widely accepted until the 1960s, well over a hundred years after the Mexican American war...

Aaaaah damn. I will doublecheck and edit.

I could swear that the Natalis Lord's name was consistently Jarek up until two chapters ago; the new spelling has been bugging me since last chapter. Also, Ariane needs a soul weapon already -- and I'm guessing that the thorns either have something to do with crystalized essence (and therefore the weapons) or becoming a Lady.

Mecanimus

More shenanigans soon.

Mecanimus

;)

Maaaaaybe...

That dependa on what they are. Can we agree that all that is you is stored in your soul? Your humen body is just an reflection of the soul but the soul is also an reflection of the body. So if we belive the statment that vampires does not have an soul. Is there body then all there is. There isn't an backup stored in the soul that the body can use to regenerate. Then if the head is destroyed most if not all of who an person is can be lost. Depending on the strength of the regneration some can be regained. If the neural conections are perfectley regenerated. But if it was that strong then vampires could not form new memmories, well depends. So in the end who knows if they have an soul then he can regenerate compleatley. If he does not then depends on how the snapshot of what an working body is, is created and stored. In general I who'd say no memories.

Andrew

Thank you!

Jon

I know Malakin survived having his head melted off, but how much of him really "survived"? Can vampiric regeneration even reconstitute the mind and memories if the entire brain is destroyed? I cannot recall if that has been mentioned earlier in the story.

Young Youghurt

Come on dragons might be dead but there have to be some vials with their blood left or maybe living dragons could still be found in the Faeland. Let's find out in the next episode of Dragon Blood + Thank you for the chapter.
