If she is clever she will try to keep them and not be an ass. She will need people to get the mining station / mine running again. She will need more food production for that too. So if she plans ahead she will be able to use people for her "kingdom".

I wonder what they're going to do with all of the Enorian transplants when they retake Kazar, if they retake it. I don't see Viv being one to condone slaughtering them all, but what other choice will they have?
