You use "Sinead's pine" instead of Sinead's spine in this one: 'Sinead was having the time of his life. Despite the risk of death, his heart beat a maddened rhythm. Revas would let blows slide over shield and pauldrons. He was the immovable object to Sinead’s unstoppable force. The tall warrior’s fierce offenses sent chills down Sinead’s pine with their precise violence. Their domains clashed, almost matched now that Sinead had formed his own… but Revas had made a mistake.'

Thanks for the chapter and the hard work

🤔...Many good points... I bow to you good sir/madam

good chappie

You are trying to think of things in human morals, the sovereign is a god like being that had lived aeons with hundreds of kids. Even one that has been around for a 1000 years is still just a drop in the bucket. Also Sinead by having the duel stuck to his domain of being an entertainer and giving the crowd what it wants while Revas went against his own domain.

RonGAR

🤔 Hmmm.... let's see how to respond... Sinead could not have left him alive to continue to plot against him. But Revas has been 'close to the crown' for over a 1000yrs. That has to have built some kind of relationship w/ the Sovereign, right? Whether he loves all his children or not, is questionable, but a son who has been in his orbit for 1000yrs must mean something to him. Good or bad, we won't know, but if you personally had someone in your circle for 15human yrs day in and day out, like say a co-worker or something. Someone you didn't intend to get close with but was always around. Wouldn't you feel something when they were gone? Eh, that was my thoughts on the matter when I read it the first time. Give it time, it may mature. 😉

Emily Gurnavage

Yay - def worth the wait. A lot of important things happened here so I'm glad you took the time to make sure it was ready rather than rushing while not feeling so hot from the real life issues going on. I'm sooo excited to see Ariane return to her own sphere and greet her friends and allies with her new power and slightly different personality. At least, I imagine that her personality will stay somewhat different given recent events and the effect of dragon blood.

riseris

I doubt the dad cares that one of his sons died. Remember he has hundreds if not more and they say all the time that summer is the season of war. Deaths happen in war. It’s expected.

Doctor Zero

Great chapter. A rare look into Sinead's inner world. More emotions in there than he lets on. Very nice.

Egg -Shell-Ant Chapter! 😁 Hmmm Where to begin? Ari seems to be 'mostly' off her uber high, and that's good to see. She is strong enough to take on a Fae-Royalty killing super crustacean w/ an oversized kitchen knife. 😂 And do it w/ ease! Nice, nice, nice!👍🏽 Cadiz seems to be saving himself or marshaling his internal forces for the battle to come. Wonder if he's preparing for the strong possibility he may meet his end? I mean, he watched in real-time, how quickly a devourer can gain power. One day Ari was his pupil, 5 accelerated yrs later, she takes on a Fairie world dragon, tortures it into surrender, and now you are her bit*h. 😂... Life sucks eh? 🤷🏽‍♂️ Still, I wonder how he would've done against that oversized crab?🤔 He would've overcome it, sure. But how easily would he have done it???? Fae Royalty: From What I understand the king/prince/princesses are like some OP Dvors, right? But instead of taking power and or having total control of a little patch of earth/area, they have control/or are 'given' control over the entire realm itself. And that power is granted to them through, recognition from others? So basically, the more others deify you, or look up to you, the more power the land/realm(s) grants you?? I could follow that logic. Kind of like the same thing that happens on earth, except w/o all the magic from the land. NEXT: THE FIGHT Verrrrryyy Nice. From what I can tell, the dragon blood ENHANCED everything Ari could do already, and I mean everything! All her senses, speed, strength, etc. Even her collected bloodline abilities. And Looks like her Pre-Cog abilities have made a comeback!!! NICE! Love to see it! But what is really nice is the ability to cast spells without having to shout them out before the attack. Very nice. Wonder where that idea came from? 😏...😉 OoooHHH her future battles are going to be something to watch. Can't wait for her smug banter either. LOLOL Love the Blaise attitude she sported. Loooovve the humiliation and punishment she dished out on Mareath. Yes sir, there is a price for being a low-down dirty wench! Sidenote: Wonder if Ari is going to take that amber glove and make a fire spell enhancing gauntlet for Melusine? Think that would be a nice gift. Hmmm...now I wonder if she is going to bring back souvenirs for all her favorite ppl? Ohhh she should get blueprints for some of the technology the realms have and how to make those spell tokens that we saw in the first fight when she got to fairy. Those look like they would be game-changers for the mages of earth. BACK TO THE FIGHT(S): Love how she made Revas second and 'champion' look like easy work. 😂 She didn't do anything above what was necessary. It was a very clean and dominant battle. And with that skill, she should be able to take on 'BOTH' her Bloodline siblings with that amount of ease. Can't wait to see Malikiem get put over her knee and get his bare bottom spanked! Or gets a pine cone shoved up his rectum. LOL Now THAT'S something to be angry about.😂 Khadaras fight was crazy... Don't know why he had to take out his eye. I knew something was implanted there, but I thought he was going to overcome that implant another way. Still, he almost bit the dust, but at least the crowd got what it came for. Now my question is, Did Sinead really and truly have to kill his brother? Hmmm IDK. Think his father is always going to remember that Sinead made the 'choice' to deprive him of a powerful son. Especially when he spouted that line about, "... May the fallen rise again one day." Think his father was hoping to end this with both his son intact. Think Sinead made a low-key enemy out of his father. Or at the very least, I Don't think Sinead should expect much 'favor' from dear old dad after Ariane is gone. But then again, where was the old man, when Sibling was killing sibling all those years? ........................................................................................... I wonder what vision Arianne saw? I wonder what she is going to request from the king of the summer court, that only he can give. Passage for her progenitor to a shitty place where he can pretend to be a god over a mount of dung? OR grant her a way to block sunlight? Because w/ that, Every vampire would be easy pickings at that point. Personally, that's what I would go for if I were her. Our girl has got to start thinking long-term here. Or would she do something dumb like ask to keep the realms open to one another so Sinead could make booty calls? If so, what about Torren??? smh. Or... She could want a few dragon eggs to bring back to earth in order to increase the magic there. That would be nice. Either way, our girls' journey on fairy has come to a close. She got a big flying citadel, power up the whazoo, a progenitor, her kitty got scratched or is going to, lol. made some friends, got some good old cold-blooded revenge. And last but not least, got a pen! (Hope it's not low on ink, 😂)

Pierre Steiner

There is one paragraph "Sinead knows she lives, for his eyes have never left the spot of darkness. The ruins of the torched parasol fall to reveal a ball of entwined roots. A large circle of frozen ground remains" that is in the present, whereas the rest is in past tense, it feels a bit off especially for the first sentence

David Newey

Hope you're feeling a bit better! Also wow! This chapter was amazing! Couldn't ask for anything more!

Leviathon251

Hahahaha I disliked Revas and now he is dead. This is good.

A

Thanks for the chapter! Just FYI- there is one spot where you refer to Sivaya as Sinead’s wife, but later you refer to her as his fiancée. And the last that says “leaving their many hosts sitting awkwardly, willing to honor their host” I think should be guests not hosts who are sitting awkwardly.

Tarodan

Constantine already said he's planning on stepping down as he trains Ariane to be his replacement. At this point he's the strongest friend and ally she has on Earth. I also hope for the birth of Dread Sky Pirate Ariane. Tricornes AND Aviator Goggles on their forehead.

Hayden Leech

That was.... AWESOME!!!

Joel Bullock

I think you meant field of vision not shield of vision in that last paragraph. Great chapter awesome fight

StarWolf

If he gives us 2 Bob chapters a week for a couple months and then rolls out a new series I will continue to support at my current level and be more than happy.

Enzo Elacqua

I also hope for a happy ending, but more then that I want a good conclusion. Too many authors keep pumping out chapters of just filler even when the story should have finished a while ago. I understand it’s their main source of income, which is why I’m glad Bob is a thing. I love a good story and I gotta say the ending is a key part of it so I hope he does it well.

StarWolf

I have to agree at least in part with Tehd11. It does feel as if, at the least this arc is winding down. I hope there will be at least one more Arc… I am holding out for a happy ending…. Or at least a happy open conclusion with a series of short interludes after Ariana obtains her ultimate victory. Such as how does earth change after Nari and his mothers defeat… does Ari travel the world in a flying dreadnaught? And does the world change enough as magic becomes stronger, so that Ari is known far and wide as the queen of Blood and or the Night? Does Ariana kill Constantine or build the university of Magic and install him as the dean of magic?
