I love what you're doing. I'm a very busy person so sometimes it takes me awhile to check out all of the update.. But I can say you're a beautiful person inside and out.. An inspiration. Now... If only you could visit Ohio to do a meet and greet lol

I want to start sharing more food tips also. Over the years I have learned so much from so many people and I think a lot of it other can find useful too. :)

I'm with Vanessa, your makeup tips have really helped me a lot too. Have been doing food prep since your first periscope and it's really helped me get a healthier lifestyle as my biggest problem has always been that I either get focused on work and forget to eat which is really bad or remember to eat but because nothing is planned I eat whatever is available which is mostly not good. No I can just grab a tin out of the fridge each day and lunch is done. Work out tips is also helpful and then it is fun to see the places you get to travel to and get some travel tips. Thanks for sharing so much with us!
