I will tell you though it has to do with his species, it is 5 letters long and starts with P. If you still can't figure it out then I don't know what else to tell you as hints...

So something like "Pat", "Pol", "Paul", "Poo" or anything like those? I've entered so many options so far and nothing happened. Do I need to confirm with "Enter"? It just selects all Text for me. It almost seems like it's broken...

The clue is the other character's name. It has to do with what they both are. It wasn't a patreon exclusive for how to find it either.

Hey, I'm still stuck on day 5 where I have to know the name of the polar bear. I assume this is a patreon question but I couldn't find the answer anywhere. Does anybody know how to find it? Do I have to have a higher tier to get the answer?
