Thanks Colin, I just had a look at the files and see the loose elements that could be causing the manifold issue. I'm going to reslice the GF and clear the bottom edge. That should fix the main issue. I've got GF 1 on the printer atm without any fixes so hopefully I'll see if it affects the print. Thanks for keeping me posted!

if I slice 0.2mm off the bottom all the problems go away... not sure if that helps find the issue.. but its clearly confused by the bottom and is trying to fix the non-manifold issue... when i leave it whole on hall_gf1.stl it has 300+ manifold errors.. if I slice the bottom 0.2mm off there are 0 errors and is considered Manifold

Actually.... It appears like it's not. Manifold.... When sliced there are lots of. Missing things.... I slice all your work using the same slicer and settings... Appears like it's first floor files only

Hello.. wonderful work like always.. There is a small issue with the tower.. the first floor the angled support beams and the floor of thehjouse have different Z heights... so you either have to move it below the plate for the support beams to be slightly cut off.. or the floor is floating and needs to be printed using removeable supports for the whole floor I'm thinking this was just a small error.. and of course I can fix in the slicer.. but I'm thinking you'd probably want to rerelease with everything flat on the same plane...
