This audio really is beyond helpful Sarah. I am honestly almost always stressed and anxious when I am at work anymore even when I do have good days! There are many days that I wish I could just let myself feel my emotions and just let it all out with someone there to comfort me, telling me that it’s going to be okay. I am likely going to be listening to this audio after every work day now because listening to your audios always gives me a reason to smile and try my best even when it’s not easy.
