I love you guys, but this episode suffers slightly from the fact that clearly, none of you engaged very much with Crusader Kings 3. That's okay - we Paradox nerds are a rare breed. But there was the Baby King episode of Monster Factory, and I swear your rubric would have made Crusader Kings 3 **unstoppable**. (1) A robust character creator that allows horrible mutants from a medieval nuclear wasteland. (2) A character creator that allows you to make your adolescent King a murderous adulterer who is addicted to hashish, followed by playing through their entire life during which their syphillis and witchcraft becomes an important part of the gameplay. (3) The episode where the baby king dies a few weeks after they start the actual game. It's fine, I'm not mad - I just imagine what could have been, in another timeline in which you guys could stomach Crusader Kings 3.

I hope you know that when Jaโam was mentioned while I listening and driving in my car, I involuntarily started scream singing BACKPACK FOR HIS APPLESAUCE. the monster factory series is an ongoing source of comfort rewatches for me and this is such a fun crossover.
