Am I crazy or did the original battle brackets only use the rubric for tie breaking? feel like that would alleviate a lot of the rubric chaos

Pikachu being ELIMINATED in the FIRST FUCKING ROUND calls into question the integrity of this entire charade. This is a kangaroo court and house built on a foundation of SHIT. Pikachu is the single most ENCHAMTINMG fictional creature I used to literally weep uncontrollably as a child because he would not come out of my gameboy and give me a hug and yes, maybe a little electric shock. I did not finish the episode I was too upset.

Just want to note that if you use Animal Speaking, the Owlbear Cub explains that its mom already ate one of its siblings so it is actually very cool and chill to annihilate the momma. 😎👍
