Simplicity (Clam TF Story)

Clams are one of my favorite sorts of creatures and way more complex than most give them credit for.
This is kind of a self indulgent vent story of sorts, with some loose allegories filtered into it that you'll probably only pick up on if you know me IRL, but yeah, I'm really enjoying exploring sea creatures and their unusual ways of experiencing the world, and trying to figure out ways to convey those bizarre modes of thought and living in a way that is at least somewhat relatable to human experience. So you can expect more of these!
Writing is also the only form of art I can do while laying flat and still which I have to do a lot of these days, so I'll be using it to express some of the tf ideas I have lurking in my head and eventually open up for commissions. It's similarly the only kind of art for which my speed to create has not been ruined, this took two days start to finish lmao. It's good to know I still have ONE thing still in me like I used to.
For now this will be available to every patron but I will eventually rework the tiers so that writing is a proper component of the rewards.

Story covers transforming into a clam and then spending an ENTIRE lifetime as the clam, all the way to the natural end. If you prefer it open ended without that and don't want to read about the end of a clam's long and biologically fulfilling natural life, please read the Light Ending version, it's only one page shorter but omits that part <3

Just finished reading this, and I’m stunned. Never would’ve thought a clam transformation could be so fascinating. It’s written very well (especially around her mentality with the TF stuff), but the ending was just beautiful to me. Thank you for sharing it
