I know I’m reaching back here, just catching up. Wanted to say thank you for this. I’ve been talking about my “overthinking” lately and it’s nice to have a mindfulness audio with your voice. To be honest, i used it to relax and fall asleep last night 😴 ... it helped quiet me. Thank you.
