A Very Long Walk [slice of life][binaural][nature][birds][insects][people][city noises][rambling]

I'm working on developing a walking habit when the mornings agree with me. This morning, I went on a less strenuous walk and brought the recorder with me. Join me for a mild, slightly windy walk and listen to my interjected rambles and noises that I heard while on foot. This audio is very long and almost an hour. There's a sort of check-in/reflection in the middle if that's something you might need.
Please let me know if you enjoy these. I like recording them even if talking is difficult for me at times :D

I am playing catch up, but this is one of my favorite audios of yours. The first time I listened to it, I was struggling mentally. When you went through the mindfulness excercise, I started to unexpectedly cry. It's hard for me to get in a place where I feel my body, and I think the calm, interesting walk that prefaced the mindfulness had disarmed me and made me more open to actually being present with myself. Thank you for the gentle, thoughtful, and kind artistry that you put into this; it is a huge help.
Loved this. I usually listen to your audios while walking and you were a lovely companion while I was the puppy to the park ☺️. Im surrounded by hills too so you weren’t the only one winded!
