Design notes. This is nearly 3x the size of size of a normal release!! It was a VERY challenging scene to make, so I hope you enjoy it and all the little details I've sprinkled in!! I was tempted to spread it out over two weeks, but there wasn't a satisfactory cut-off point worth you guys waiting a whole week.
You'll also notice it's also in block color with no shading: I'm saving that energy for the sex scenes, and keeping the softcore/dialogue scenes really simple so they can be released in a block, like today.

Using a fixed aspect ratio is very weird at first, especially when a vertical panel would be perfect, or a more abstract composition (e.g. everyone floating in "Nama'Nasty"). So there's a trade-off for sure! I'm curious to see what a Belasco story would look like

This storyline is one of my favorite things you’ve done and that’s a tall order! I’m going to give this strip idea a try but I’m learning it’s hard to retrofit a traditional page to work like this 😅

Even though this installment was meant to lay the character groundwork and exposition, it still managed to be sexy! Imaging how the characters are going to have sex is almost as good as when they finally do when the dialogue is clever and relatable as it is here. I think the flat tones work fine for this treatment and I didn’t miss any overt shading. Your pacing of the action and the cut aways to Hurtz were very well done. This strip format feels very cinematic due to your compositions and the aspect ratio of your panels. Kudos!!!
