To work as an online therapist, you need to have empathy and patience. Do you want to spend your working days helping other sims get through tough times? If so, this is the job for you!
This career is semi-active, meaning your sim can work from home and complete tasks to earn their money. They receive 220 Simoleons per task, and they have 4 tasks per day. Your sim therefore earns 880 Simoleons per day. (If you guys think it should be more, let me know!) Tasks include: advertise therapy services, complete a therapy session, diagnose a client, post personal mantra, respond to client emails, and more!
This mod comes with 374 new interactions!! All of the work interactions will be done via a computer.
This mod also comes with a new skill! The therapy skill is built up while you work on your therapy ysessions online, and it gives you different rewards. At level 3, you can take away other sim's boredom emotion, at level 5 you can take away other sim's embarrassment emotion, at level 6 you can take away other sim's angry emotion, at level 7 you can take away other sim's stress emotion, and at level 8 you can take away other sim's sadness emotion. This is done via a friendly interaction that is only available if the target sim has the emotion.
Your sim will be able to diagnose sims with 23 different mental disorder. Your sim will also be able to have online client sessions with sims that have a variety of 37 different focuses (school problems, schizophrenia, depression, relationship issues).
While you are doing client sessions, every few custom interactions has a notification pop up to explain what the interaction is about and why that would be used in an online therapist session.
This career is currently only a single level, there is no promotions available, I may change this one day! The career is more about the interactive parts rather than career progression.

Yeah how do I get my sim to diagnose a client? I'm having the same problem

i became a Patron because i don't see a discord link so i'm not sure if you have one or not. i have this mod, but how do i get my sim to diagnose a client? i was able to do the other 3 work from home assignments.
