Industrialist Trait
🕑 Added 2021-01-18 20:27:50 +0000 UTCThis Sim loves everything about industrial living - the smoggy air, the pollution, the industrial decor.
- Sim will get a positive buff when walking around a industrial area instead of the normal 'Heavy Air Space' buff.
- Sim will get a negative buff when walking around a green area instead of the 'Clean Air' buff.
- Sim will experience negative buffs when interacting with a Green Fiend, Recycle Disciple, Freegan or Eco Master Sims.
- Sim will find it much harder and slower to increase both friendly and romantic relationships with a Green Fiend, Recycle Disciple and Freegan Sim. Interactions produce 0.2% of their normal increase in relationship.
- Sim will experience a positive buff when interacting with another Industrialist Sim.
- Sim will find it easier to build romantic and friendly relationships with a fellow Industrialist. Interactions produce 1.2% of their normal increase in relationships.
- Sims will get negative buffs when doing 'green' things like recycling, sorting out recyclables, picking up trash, living in a green area, living on a off-the-grid lot and others.
- Sims will have a negative buff when at work at a 'green' career, including Gardener, Conservationist and Civil Designer. The work performance at these jobs increase 0.4% slower than other jobs.
- The gardening skill increases 0.6% slower than normal.
